However, we can give you a gift card/credit note in exchange for your gift. All our credit notes are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
Yes we do! Shopping for someone else can be confusing and we totally understand if you would rather have your loved one pick their gift out themselves! Simply select and prepay your preferred amount, and the recipient can redeem it for merchandise up to the prepaid value at www.asrjewellery.com. It may not be redeemed for cash. In case the amount you desire isn't available as an option, please contact us and we'll get it done for you!

You can redeem the gift card by getting in touch with us at hello@asrjewellery.com or for online purchases, proceed through the checkout as usual, but when asked for your payment method, enter your Gift Card number in the field labelled ‘Discount Code’. The total for your purchase, plus tax, will be deducted from the value of the card. If the balance on your gift card is less than the total, you will have to pay the difference.
In case the value of the item you choose is higher than the value of the gift card, you will have to pay the difference between the product chosen and the gift card amount. In case the value of the item you choose is lower than the value of the gift card, the difference will be given to you as another discount code towards future purchases. We will email you with the new code within 48 hours.
Our gift cards are valid for 1 year after the date of purchase. If we issue a gift card/code instead of an exchange, it is valid for a period of 6 months. The validity of promotional gift cards may vary.
