 A) Shipping

You can expect your ASR piece to reach you within 7-10 working days of placing an order.

We work with internationally trusted logistic partners who specialize in shipping fine jewellery - BlueDart & FedEx.

We offer Free Shipping to most places within India. To know if your location is eligible, please enter your pin code on the specific product page. In the scenario, that your pin code isn't serviceable through our website, please contact us at hello@asrjewellery.com and we will try and get it to you!

Yes! We do deliver internationally - however, in this case, do allow us 10-12 working days to deliver your purchase to your doorstep. Please make sure to fill in your address correctly to avoid any courier issues.

You shall receive tracking details over WhatsApp, Email and SMS, once the order is shipped. Do click on the tracking link to follow your order.

Yes of course! All ASR orders are 100% secured & insured.

Yes it is, we wouldn’t have it any other way! In addition to providing the product in our ASR double-proof boxes, we also courier it in a tamper-proof envelope and make sure that each piece is insured! We also work with internationally trusted logistic partners like BlueDart & FedEx that specialize in shipping fine jewellery to ensure a safe and smooth delivery process. Please ensure that you do not accept the parcel if it is not sealed or seems to have been tampered with. Please note that all our shipments are packed and sealed in a secure facility with CCTV surveillance and once you have accepted the parcel, ASR will not be liable for any missing pieces.

 B) Ordering

Yes, you can. Please reach out to us at hello@asrjewellery.com as soon as possible and we will try our best to update/cancel your order. If your order has already been processed or shipped then we will be unable to cancel or update it. Please note that orders for customized pieces cannot be cancelled.

We love personal touches too! We can adjust any of our pieces to your preferred gold colour and sizes – you can browse the options on the product page.

 

Yes! We hate hidden taxes as much as you do! All prices mentioned on our product pages are inclusive of GST.

Online: We accept all major credit/debit cards through our online payment gateway. NEFT/RTGS bank transfers - UPI/BHIM/WhatsApp Pay are also possible.

Unfortunately, because of the RBI mandate prohibiting EMI payments on the purchase of gold jewellery, we are no longer able to offer EMI as a payment option.
